Available as a Medium Buckle dog collar, this pretty 1" collar features a happy aquatic scene with green sea turtles swimming on a light blue colored background. This collar contains jacquard ribbon and a polypropylene webbing core that we wrap fully in a navy flannel-backed satin lining. Nickel-plated hardware with a welded D-ring. This adjustable collar is a size medium (14-18.5 inch circumference).
