Available as either a martingale collar or a regular buckle dog collar, this quaint 1.5" collar features a jacquard ribbon design of white stars on a blue background. To ensure your dog's comfort and help prevent matted fur, we fully wrap the polypropylene webbing core of this collar in silver flannel-backed satin lining.
