Refund policy

The Hound Haberdashery will gladly accept returns if the buyer is not satisfied with a purchase as long as:

(1) the items are returned within 30 days of the date of arrival, AND
(2) items display NO wear from use.

A refund of the cost of the item(s) will be given to the buyer upon receipt of returned item. We guarantee all metal pieces and stitching for one year. Please be aware that normal wear and tear is not covered under guarantee.
